Orders are accepted upon the following conditions, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We guarantee the material to be as indicated in our quotation or an equivalent.
- This order is made subject to credit approval; otherwise, terms shall be cash with order.
- Liability to R&M Plastics Product Ltd. is limited to the extent of the value of the product only as listed on the R&M Plastic Products Ltd. Invoice. We accept no liability for loss or damage caused by lack of instructions from the purchaser, strikes, or other industrial disputes, accidents, or any cause beyond our reasonable control.
- All tooling will be stored in our facility at all times. We guarantee to keep tooling in good condition at all times, with exception to wear caused through prolonged use. Modifications may be necessary and will be at the customer's expense.
- We guarantee to run sections at no greater than commercial tolerances, as set out in the Tolerance Standards and Practices of Plastic Custom Extruders by SPI. Copies of the standards are available upon request.
- No goods shall be returned without the written consent of manufacturer. Damages, quality issues and/or shortages must be reported within 14 days of receipt of goods. Restocking fees of 30% will be applied to returned goods within three months of purchase date, after authorization and verification of quality by R&M Plastics; shipping is the responsibility of the customer; special orders or special colour may not be returned for restocking.
- Drawings provided by R&M Plastic Products Ltd. are property of R&M Plastic Products Ltd. and may not be copied or distributed without written consent and must be returned immediately upon request.
- Purchaser agrees to accept and pay for shipments of quantities plus or minus 10% purchase order.
- Any accounts over 45 days will have their terms changed to COD. Any accounts over 60 days will automatically be submitted to a collection agency. The purchaser will be held responsible for any and all legal or collection fees if the debt exceeds credit terms.
